Most releases are reviewed and approved within 24–48 hours, depending on metadata quality, artwork compliance, and platform-specific requirements.

Can labels and bands use this plan too?

Yes. The same plan covers solo artists, bands and record labels. The platform supports label workflows, multiple artists, scheduled releases and scalable catalog management features suitable for independent labels.

Does the plan include video distribution and Content ID?

Yes, Be Musix supports music + video distribution and content identification options (YouTube, Meta, TikTok) based on eligibility and policy compliance.

Are there any hidden fees?

No hidden fees. The plan is free to start with revenue-share alignment. ISRC and UPC codes are also free with your account.

Do I need to sign a contract or commit?

Yes. Distribution runs under the Be Musix Digital Distribution Agreement — an initial period of 3 years from your first delivered recording, then automatic 2-year renewals unless either party gives 3 months' written notice. Ending early without cause carries a one-time USD 300 administrative fee. Your masters and rights always stay 100% yours — see the Terms page for details.

How do royalty payments work?

Royalties are tracked and paid through monthly statements with platform-by-platform earnings breakdown. You can request payouts based on the platform threshold.
